Job Description

overall functioning of HR, IR, Administration part throughout the multiple factory premise
Ensure healthy working conditions at factory by minimizing IR disputes as & when required
Full statutory compliance report related to all Government Department

Required Candidate profile

Graduate / Diploma in Labour Law / Studies is mandatory
MBA in HR is added advantage
Plant / factory Experience is MANDATORY.
Must be detail and results oriented with a proven track record of success.
