We have opening for Lead Generation Executive / Tele Marketing Executive

JOB LOCATION
Bangalore - Infantry Road

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Making telephone calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product / services of our clients
Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
Making polite conversation with customers /prospects on the phone
Undertaking firs / second level of research towards successful call results
Understanding of IT industry as one has to call for software, hardware IT products, like desktop, workstation, printers, CADCAM software, Mailing Solutions, ERP, Security Products, e-Commerce products, Network products, etc.
Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Preferably a graduate from any stream / undergraduate also welcome.
Good English communication skills.
Knowledge of excel
