To manage smooth coordination with client and internal team of the Agency. Adding value to the clients life by helping them in solving business challenges. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-toface meetings. Creating monthly calendar and strategy Reports, analytics and brand metrics Event coverages (case to case basis) Competition Analysis Social media content ideas on a monthly and on-going basis Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients. Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner. Overcome and manage routine challenges
