Job Description

Roles: The role is of a Senior Lead in the S2P area. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth digital consulting skills and domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. The role has ample opportunities for growth in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM. RESPONSIBILITIES: S2P Analytics Drive S2P insights through analytics Create customer specific analytics dashboard that helps drive compliance and solutions that positively impact client metrics Use data insights to solve key client challenges implement strategies based on data insights that can address and resolve current challenges Implement solutions that address client issues by collaborating with cross functional teams Use the power of data to identify opportunities to achieve key S2P metrics such as Catalogs, PSL, Cash & Savings Lead and mentor data analyst in delivering high impact analytics - Build strong internal analytics capability that helps drive outcome
