Technical Product Manager - Ernakulam / Kochi @ Shreshtha Business Solutions Llp

Job Description

 Responsibilities:

1) Strong knowledge about product life-cycle,evaluate product capabilities and features, Enhancement of product with latest features and manage the whole product

2) Effectively collaborates product specific meetings, QBR's, manage contract & negotiation, product vendor relationship.

3) Good understanding of product releases, new features offered, risks, patches, fixes, testing and implementation

4) Good Knowledge of licensing models,product pricing, utilization analysis, product training offerings, financial/charge back models

5) Help business users troubleshoot issues they encounter, provide actionable resolution, SME support, timely responses track and monitor product issue logs, patching, upgrades, installation, version control, deployments and maintenance

6) Manage documentation, workflows and learning materials (user manuals, installation guide, FAQ's etc..)

7) Work with onsite/offshore counterpart to prepare/track plan to improve quality of deliverable.

8) Publish release notes to the client/cross commit teams prior to any change being deployed in production.

9) Responsible for coordinating with Client Architecture, Info security teams, cross commit teams and provide solution to Business.

10) Responsible for providing Design solutions and get Client Architecture team alignment.

11) Provide timely feedback on team members.

12) Brainstorm, prioritize and develop new product features

Required Skills:
==============
1) 5+ years' experience in an overall product rollout & management with 2+ years' experience in product support

2) Strong Project Management experience [total of 10+ years' experience] with Development of Enterprise Java applications

3) Work experience with end to end product lifecycle management is required
4) Strong communication & presentation skills
5) Exposure to change management and release management process

Desired Skills:

1) Exposure to Agile Methodology
2) PMP Certification (OR) Any product/project management certification
3) Experience in web services
4) Understanding of Core Java, OOAD Design Patterns JDBC, SQL, J2EE.
