Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute the business plan and achieve the sales target year on year
- Cost efficient customer acquisition and ensuring high volume of daily conversion of admissions
- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyse key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Analyse internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
- Research the market and analyse data to provide insights and determine future trends of sales
- Devise long-term development strategies for the centre
- Initiate, organize successful participation in university / college / academy spot admissions and provide reports on each university / college / academy visit.
- Reporting to the Management on MIS regarding successful enrollment of students.
An ideal candidate should have:
- Should have 4+ years relevant experience in sales and operations
- Should have been knowledge of profitability any business line
- Should have knowledge of p&L and Team Handling
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Must be able to lead by example keeping in line with the Virohan values and culture
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- Education market knowledge is an added advantage
