Role - Placement Executive
TA- IT companies & Colleges
TC - HR Head / TA Head / Recruitement Head & TPO- Dean-Chariman -Principal- Trustee of colleges
SOW- Pune Only
Objectives - To place the our students at IT company for the job and train the students and Bring from colleges and upgrade the skills and develop and provide the job them
KRA & KPI :-
1. To tie up corporate IT companies and signed MoU and target is per month 10 IT companies
2. To take the requirements via JDs and full fill their requirements
3. To provide the 10 interview calls per candidates per month via email only and whatsApp and sms
4. To place the minimum 10 students in the IT companies for the job
5. To celebrate and arrange the farewell party with our students after get the job and make videos and handover to management
6. To give the fortnight training for students on personality development
7. To check the all the students weekly exam paper with help from trainer
8. To help students for resume / cv/ bio data building and post on job portal as well as prepare on LinkedIn
9. To tie up minimum 5 colleges per month for mass admissions and upgrade the skills of students via our crash courses and sign the MoU
10. To collect google reviews and just dial reviews from existing students
11. To collect the review via writing on paper as well as short video from all existing students
12. To take aptitude test - mock interview preparation- final exams after complete the Syllabus and convey final score to management with hep from trainer
13. To take the confidential feedback from students every week about classes and skills
13. To celebrate students birthday
15. To arrange the guest lecture of TPO - Principal- HR Head in our institute every month
