For Fresher Qualification - B Pharma,D pharma
You will be part of the team that manages the end to end Operations for Medicines Vertical.
You work with different vendors and internal teams for expanding and ensuring optimised order management, timely delivery, reduce defects and improvise fulfilment.
Responsibilties:
Pharmacy order queue management
Medicine order processing
Outbound calls to customers with issue / queries
Non voice / email queue SLA adherence
Vendor Management
Co-coordinating with Partners, Corporates & Customers for fulfilment of Pharmacy services
Manage customer escalations and feedback for smooth functioning of operations
Provide timely inputs / insights to enhance customer experience and to overcome operations Challenges Prepare MIS for daily reporting and tracking
Ad hoc backend activities(data validation)
Customer satisfaction survey out calls
Data compilation and validation
Good Communication in English and Hindi
Qualification:
Ownership and ability to work effectively in an independent environment
Someone with 1+ Years of experience preferably from end to end Order Cycle Management background
Someone with Medicine or Pharmacy knowledge is an added advantage
Engaging team to get the best results
Excellent Coordination skills in convincing the customer and Partners / Corporate client
Provide quality customer service to meet demands of daily volumes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ready work in Roster and shifts
