Candidate would be assigned for controlling project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections Compile project specifications Keep within budgets and timelines Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Design :- Layout Planning Materials & Sampling 3 D Views Interior Look Presentation. 2.Project :- i. Measured Drawing and Site Report ii. Working Drawings- Technical & Services iii. Issuing of drawings on site. iv. Site Inspection and resolving issues at site. 3. PO's: i. Short listing vendors, inviting quotes, negotiating & finalization of POs 4. Co-Ordination and communication :- Communication and coordination with the client for approvals Co-ordination with Consultants, Design, Site Team & Vendors Site Progress Reports 5. Bill of Quantities Checking :- Vendor & Client BOQs for Bids and current projects Final MBs from Site As Built BOQs for Client and Vendors. 6. Handover Documents :- Complete Set of As Built Drawings Interior Snag Lists Handling over as Built Drawing to client and Closing Project Desired Candidate Profile Min full time experience in Corporate Interiors Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Visual awareness and an eye for detail Good Communication and project management skills Good Design Skills and ability to conceptualize and detail the entire design Well versed in English, spoken and written Call No - hidden_mobileEmployement Category:
