We are hiring for Commercial Inbound calls Officers- including Night shift for Thane location.

Grade: E0

Candidate type: Male

Skills: Experienced inbound calls handling

Night shift: Yes

Basic JD:

Resolving customer query / complaints of the customers through Calls
Escalate cases as per escalation matrix defined.
Co-ordination & follow-up with the Vendors / internal teams over the email / Calls for quick resolution to the customer.
Efficiently and effectively navigating different systems and application provided for customer service.
Provide an excellent level of customer service driven by professionalism, timeliness and accuracy.
Ensure targets for service levels, quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Other duties from time to time that may be assigned.
