Job Description
BPM is in the cusp of transitioning from a traditional process/FTE driven model to a digital non-touch operational platform. We at Infosys are playing a pivotal role in defining this target operating model and are working with our global customers to realize this digital operations vision of the future. We are looking for partners/leaders/digital SMEs to augment and be an integral part of this exciting journey at Infosys IBPM. What are we looking for: 9-15 years of overall experience and 6+ years of relevant experience in F&A practice development/consulting/solution design/digital delivery role in digital organizations/practices; ideally part of a captive/outsourced function (Master degree preferred) Good operational knowledge at least for one F&A soln./tool/ process platform like Trintech, Cadency, Blackline, HighRadius, Rimilia, TradeShift, Cupa, SAP, Oracle with associated certification from competent org./ certifying body Adept in process-level use case definition for the particular soln./tool and task level automation-impact mapping In-depth knowledge (solution functionality and implementation nuances) of all modules Ability to do a detailed fitment/feasibility assessment (process fitment and tool capability/features fitment), design relevant architecture and develop a business case (Viability assessment) Ownership for implementation and exposure to benefit realization to clients Ability to collaborate with external/internal tool sub-contractors to work up a delivery model with associated contractual commitments on process outcomes (outcome-based) Ownership of F&A digital tools & solutions commitments (Revenue target (with associated proactive/ reactive pipeline involvement)) Strong communication skills and ability to build-deliver executive level power-pitches Capability to handle a delivery team (people mgmt. skills) and other project resources effectivelyEmployement Category:
