Work Details & Responsibilities

Communicate with customer via phone,email,and chat
Provide Knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
Reach out to existing and potential customer to present our products and service offering
Capability to Grasp New Knowledge
