We are looking for a person who wishes to work in a fast paced start-up environment, has a desire to accelerate his career in consulting and wants to develop into strong leader that that can help grow and develop a high performing sales team.
You must be self-motivated, ambitious, passionate about SaaS led analytics/process services and eager to on building a new business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to grow the sales (increase presence), add customers in PAN India
Roles & Duties
Identify the right customer profile and establish connections
Meet potential customers regularly and understand their requirements by understanding the manufacturing process of the customer
Reporting the trends, needs and requirements of the customers regularly to the management
Responsible for the revenue for Business Unit as per the quarterly goals and sales quota targets
Liaise with CXO level professionals to penetrate and up sell into existing accounts (both hunting and farming), positioning a variety of technology led value propositions
Proactively identify niche areas within customers, and help define value propositions
Represent the BU in client discussions on RFX responses, trade shows and other industry networking events
