Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting user sessions, business stakeholders meetings and converting workshop discussions to software requirements.
Planning and monitoring
Eliciting, translating and simplifying business requirements
Requirements analysis
Performing quality assurance

WORK EXPERIENCE

The position requires at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a professional IT organization
Must have handled client interactions and planned and manage requirements gathering workshops
Prior work in USA Property Management domain is preferable

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
Understanding of systems engineering concepts
Must have in-depth and extensive understanding of User Experience concepts and practice
Designing skills preferable
Must have developed a project in a team
