Job Description
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our company.
The job involves the following responsibilities:
- Finding, screening and short-listing the most suitable candidates for our clients as per their requirements.
- Scheduling interviews for candidates with our clients.
- Using web portals and other adverting media to source candidates.
- Submitting daily reports as per the company norms.
Qualification:
The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers preferred
Skills required:
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam a must.
Job location: Kaloor, Kochi
Must have good convincing skills to convince candidates about jobs offered by our clients.
Starting salary Rs. 9300/- + incentives. Increment after 3 months depending on performance.
