Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:
- Drive performance-based campaigns across media platforms and channels.
- Visitor analytics and KPI monitoring will be a key responsibility.
- - Effectively leverage Search Marketing, Content marketing, Email marketing, Landing page, etc.
- - Manage Social media business pages for Clients on popular platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. Maintain well planned Social Media calendar system.
- - Create Posts for Social Media and other platforms along with junior team members. A hands-on approach will be required. - Be actively involved in SEO efforts with subject expert.
- - Work closely with website design team, actively engaging with customer for requirement gathering and approvals.
Skills & experience:
Must have - Relevant work experience as Digital Marketing expert in above areas.
Social Media Marketing skills:
- Experience in handling Social Media Marketing campaigns is necessary.
- Hands-on expertise in managing Social Media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Understanding of best practices in Social Media Marketing
-LinkedIn experience is necessary. Understanding of CMS (Wordpress etc.) and e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of SEO (direct experience is not compulsory). Hands-on experience with Google Analytics. English communication Excellent writing skills, decent verbal skills Should be a keen learner and interested in the field of Marketing (this is an absolute must) Aptitude and interest in working with a team of Junior Executives and Interns. This role can quickly get bigger for the right candidate (for Manager position, this will be the most important function).
Good to have - Experience of working on project management tools like Trello. While this is not a SEO expert role, some early experience will be good. Knowledge of Marketing automation. Blog writing experience. Understanding of web technology (basic understanding is in any case required).
