Job Description

Running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department. Processing employee payroll and other benefits. Maintaining attendance data and biometric verifications, leave applications, etc. Handling recruitment activities. Identifying skill needs by coordinating with department managers, understanding competencies and skills required and accordingly specifying job responsibilities for new hires. Coordinating with consultants and handling online job postings. Arranging and conducting interviews. Conducting employee background checks and verifications. Handling new employee induction, orientation and training. Arranging Employee recognition, engagement and motivation activities from time to time. Handling employee conflicts and grievances. Nurturing a positive and cordial working environment in the company. Conducting employee appraisal activities, collating employee performance and productivity data, administering increments, appraisal letters, etc. Handling employee exit interviews and all other employee exit formalities. Creating reviewing and maintaining all HR related documentation. Maintaining, reviewing and Enforcing companys HR policies and best practices. Maintaining and regularly reviewing compliance with central, state, and local employment/labour laws and regulations, and recommended best practices and updating as and when required. Maintaining all employee related data and records. Creating and maintaining MIS, other necessary data and reports. Assembling data for audits. Assisting and Participating in HR audits.

2-4 years experience in Human Resource Management. Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and functions. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets Advanced presentation skills. Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi) Strong Interpersonal, Coordination, Negotiation & Liasoning Skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and conflict-resolution skills. Strong time management skills and ability to meet all assigned deadlines. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data Bachelors in Business Administration, or MBA(HR) or equivalent diploma.
