Positions Open for Team Lead - Recruitment / Sr. Recruitment Executive.
Job Location: Koregaon Park, Pune.
Experience : 1yr - 3yrs In Recruitment (IT / Non-IT).
Qualifications: Any - HSC / Graduate/Post Graduate.
Must-Have Skills:
With Good Communications Skills, Interpersonal Skills should have leadership quality, ability to groom/train freshers with his/her expertise in recruitment.
Expertise in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and Monster is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Handle different IT technologies involving the combination of complex skill sets.
Involving in full-cycle Recruitment like sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and placing candidates in quick turnaround time in Permanent positions.
Client management.
Understanding the Client requirements and Shortlisting the efficient candidates for the
interviews.
Coordinating with candidates, Technical Interviewers for direct or telephonic interviews.
Maintaining a systematic database of all the candidates.
Handling complete Recruitment life cycle to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
Follow up with the candidates.
Follow up with the Client, Handling Permanent Staffing.
