Job Description

Job Role :

Good & Relevant work experience in field Collections.
Ensure the collection efficiency through daily reports and regular review with business / collection team.
Timely monitoring / Identification and reporting of quick mortality cases, non-starter cases and fraud cases to senior management.
Keeping track of resolution of cases in bucket 1, 2 & 3 with timelines and as per monthly targets.
Quick disposal of current and fixed assets for resolution of case as per decided strategy.
Meeting with delinquent accounts for early resolution on regular basis.

Required Candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile :

Prior experience in field collection & knowledge in loans products.

Strong collection / Recovery acumen & leadership ability to drive & achieve targets.

Excellent communication, analytical & reviewing skills.
