MIS/ WFM Manager BPO Background

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools & MS Acess.

2.Scheduling,Capacity Planning, Should be proficient with Advanced Excel Formulas such as, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional

formatting, count IF, Sum IF.

3.Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.

4.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports sent.

5.Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

AM or Lead WFM can also apply.

Should have Good English Communication Skill.

Candidate should from BPO background.

Education: Min Graduate
