We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Title: Callidus Developer (Systems Integration)
Minimum Qualifications

• Overall experience of 5+ years
• Minimum 3-5 years in Callidus commissions & incentives.
• Better to have any Database Experience with good SQL skills.

SAP Sales Cloud (Callidus Commissions) tool to calculate the various incentives and commissions according to the business requirements.
Required

• Understanding of Commissions and compensation process cycle
• Navigation and Basic Administration of Callidus Commissions tools
• Importing compensation related data using data loaders
• Experience in creating Participants, Positions, Titles, and Custom Roll Relationships
• Understanding of transactions and orders, categories, classifiers and root categories
• Create advanced Rule Elements: Create and assign Variables, Create and manage formulas using functions and advanced Calculation options
• Customize the system for flexible Rules and Plans
• Understanding and managing and updating different types of Compensation Rules and Running a Calculation to process compensation plans
• Understanding of various pipeline calculation process and different calculation processing stages
• Understanding of payments and balances
• Configure of the standard report and create Dashboards and Widgets
• Create dynamic analytic report and Organize reports using folders and categories
• Understanding of the Reporting & Analytics security architecture
