Execute the best practices to help the teams supported by him/her to achieve the maturity level required by the company according the business objectives
Ability to create robust test cases, test plans for projects
Lead and define the testing strategy for the specific teams/releases/engagements
To provide training, on boarding in quality and processes to the teams supported by her/him
Design, implement and/or assure the process in the team
Able to perform QA and QC daily activities (bug tracking, bug search and testing tasks)
Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release
QA workload allocation and follow-up within his/her team
Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
Take care of deadlines, write status reports, metrics reports, attend to meetings and provide guidance to the team
Recommend improvements or corrections to developers in terms of work processes and quality where applicable
Coordinate internal calibration sessions with Project Managers
Monitor the quality of the service and communicate overall status to QA Management
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering
EXPERIENCE (Must to have skills):
Min. 2-3 years of experience
Good to have experience on QA Tools such as Selenium, QTP, etc.
Good to have MSO experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge on Risk Management, Roots Cause Analysis, Process Improvement and Software Metrics
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Flexible working in shifts
