Senior Domain Lead @ Infosys BPM

Job Description

To play client facing roles for Orals/ RFP's forums/ contract renewals/ Deals etc., To propose process reimagination/Automation opportunities in existing engagements- Future Finance for engagements Define Future forward P2P business metrics and run uinternal Annual Benchmarking exercise As P2P Domain Lead build training materials , POVs for specific process/best practices/ tools etc., Expected to play a role of domain as well as functional consultant. Drive transition and stabilization of P2P process for new client , nominated projects, handholding Operations for smooth transfer and delivery, escalation resolution. Drive Process and system Controls design and implementation , Process documentation , Domain support such as effort estimation , functional queries resolution , RFI and RFP support , automation/RPA projects , contract renewal , presentation to new pursuits. Program management on P2P transformation projects for all key clients on Spend management and analysis to deliver quantitative benefits. Drive and play business partner role on critical change management emanating from process/technology updates , Zero distance projects , Process Benchmarking.
