Medical Officer (Team Lead & Asst. Manager) @ Bright Future

Job Description

As a Medical officer, you will be responsible for managing the patients inbound and outbound calls coming to ours help line number. This will include understanding patient problem, Doctor advisement, guiding patient about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post treatment dos/donts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc.

• Knowledge in medical services and healthcare sector.
• Creating/ ideating content for patients understanding/ benefit.
• Ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns
• Coordinates appointments, referrals for all patients.
• Serving as a backup when other employees are on leave etc
• Taking decisions when needed without supervision to ensure smooth customer experience
• Developing the knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty
• BUMS, BAMS/ BHMS, BDS, Nursing or equivalent medical degree OR medical filed experience.
• 1-3 years experience in medical counselling/officer, clinical or institutional setting
• Medical inside sales experience/ hospital customer support experience.
