We're Hiring for Senior Executive- Talent Engagement
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Developing job descriptions and competency framework
- Managing and executing the performance management process
- Maintaining and administering the Rewards and Recognition Scheme across the organization
- Conducting employee surveys and analyzing the data
- Conducting workshops and implementing strategic measures
- Managing attrition and retention
- Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Education MBA/PGDBM/MSW in HR
- Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience, with 3 years of experience in the generalist profile
- Good communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders
- Ability to work as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Should be self-motivated
- Analytical and result oriented to complete tasks as per timelines
- Strong time management skills and flexibility in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to exercise judgment, take initiative, and work with various levels of employees and employees from different backgrounds
- Good presentation skills
- Strong willingness to take ownership
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines
- Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
