We are Hiring for Relationship Manager
Roles & Responsibilties :-
Location- Kanpur

Job Role

Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying Tractor LCV CV Construction Equip ,CAR , New & Refinance business for the bank in Semi Urban & Rural geography.
Tie up with potential dealers / Brokers / Referral agents for achieving business volumes consistently.
Ensure high degree of customer service.
Manage Sales /Brand promotion activities thr. KMBL branch network and field level sales promotional activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

Qualification Graduate for E0 / M1 . Undergraduate for D0 grade .
Min experience 1 + years in NBFC / Banks /Dealerships in related field of Tractor /CAR/Two wheeler / CV finance.
Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
Sales ability of a very high order
Excellent written and oral skills.

Willing for extensive travel
Team worker
Flexible to handle adverse situations
