Job Description

Role:
* Handling Distributor, whole sellers and back office team.
* Doing Primary business through our distributor and Key Accounts upcountry market as well.
* Handling outlets for secondary business and monitoring of prompt service.
* Guiding and mentoring the back office Team for ensuring timely delivery of services .
* Spreading business growth by key outlets, and also growing other small outlets.
* Doing Regular follow ups to the accounts for daily business.
*Helping in collection of outstanding from the market to the distributor persons.
* Opening new accounts for increasing the Spread of the business.
