Home Loan Sales Executive- Bhopal @ Sbicap Securities

Job Description

• Research and evaluate the financial status of the person applying for a loan.
• Evaluate the credit value by processing the loan application and documentation within particular limits.
• Interview the loan application to determine their financial eligibility and prepare the feasibility report for granting loans.
• Determine all applicable metrics and ratios and set up debts payment plan.
• Communicate with the clients to provide information and to forward their loan request.
• Approve loans for eligible applicants and rejects the ones who are not eligible. Justify the approval/Rejection decision by filing reports about the same.
• Complete loan agreements and counsel clients on limitation and policies.
• Have an excellent understating of the different types of loans and other financial services.
• Maintain and update loan files and account records.
