Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000.Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) - Direct Sales, Also, Only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their 'Role Location'.
Salary :
CTC (BDT):INR 25000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/- based on individual targets and performance numbers
Preferred Skill Sets:

High energy and enthusiasm
Freshers and laterals upto 2 years of total work experience
For Laterals prior experience in high productivity sales environment with weekly/monthly sales cycle preferred

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)
