Job Description

We have an urgent opening for IT Recruiter at Mumbai location (Goregaon East).

Should be able to understand technical requirements Requirement analysis Searching, screening resume as per the requirement on jobs boards like , Shine, Monster

Job posting on various job portals like Shine, Monster, Indeed, etc. Co-ordination with candidates on daily basis. Interaction & understanding business requirements to source right talent through different sources like head hunting Social Media like Linked in, Facebook etc

Scheduling potential candidates for various rounds of interviews (telephonic / F2F / Skype) Following up with the candidates with the updates of interview, confirmation of the date of joining and keeping the clients informed on the same. Excellent analytical, communication and logical skills.
