We are having an excellent job opportunity for one of the reputed company in Mumbai.

Role : Jr. Support Engineer

Location : Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer Problems
Installation of software (i.e. .NET frame work, crystal report. Access database engine, SQL
server/Oracle).
SQL/Oracle query knowledge (i.e. insert, update, delete and Joins etc.).
Web hosting on IIS
Providing technical support to end customers & sales teams
Communicate and share information with team members, internal staff and customers.
Travel to customer sites as required.
Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and other electronic communications
regarding problems.
Trouble shooting and software testing skills

Educational Qualification: BSc IT with NIIT course
