When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to go live, it s important to ensure that everything works according to specification. Were looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our high level of quality. QA tester will seek bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they re dealt with.
In this role, you would be responsible for
Must be able to understand the functionalities and enterprise-wide data flows of Capital Marketing banking systems. Should be able to understand the criticality of business processes. Well versed in Automation Testing using Behavior Driven development and Devops skills along with different type of testing; Functional Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing etc. Must be able to test the flow of data in and out of the system and to maintain the quality of data to be provided to other systems .
SERVICE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create BDD tests to be a part of build pipeline which runs every time code is pushed to GIT.
- Create e2e pipelines to cover automated testing of all the components together.
- Automate the manual test cases and ensure the maintenance of test scripts.
- Maintaining the test code coverage for all the micro services to be >60%.
- Testing of data flow inside the system with all the enrichments.
- Defect and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement automations to improve efficiency.
- Interact with other teams to perform Integration testing and Participation testing.
- Develop documentation for application knowledge transition.
- Interact with stakeholders, Dev and BAs.
- Perform daily Environmental health checks to main the stability of the system.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- 6+ years experience in IT.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have Scripting languages Shell, Java
- Must have Tools knowledge Jenkins, Putty, BDD Cucumber, Docker, Kafka, Ansible
- Good to have DevOps Tools knowledge: GIT, Jenkins, Maven
- Good to have cloud storage knowledge.
- Must have SQL Server Database and SQL Query knowledge
- Must have Capital Markets domain knowledge
- Able to interact with senior management in Business and Technology, as well as technical colleagues
- Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills including oral and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated team player
- Industry standard certifications in ITIL and SCRUM methodologies would be beneficial

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
