Job Description

Position: Test Analyst (JL4A) Responsibilities 4 to 7 Years of experience in Manual (Functional/Non-Functional)& Automation Testing (using Selenium and Java). Should have experience in estimating testing efforts, prepare test plans based on requirement specifications. Review all testing related documentation, prepare test cases, test data and execute them using test management tools (ALM or ELM tools). Should have good knowledge and working experience in Agile working environment. Sound knowledge on atleast 1 RPA tool (AA, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Work Fusion) Update the existing Test scripts and create new test scripts in the Automation Test suite/Framework. Able to lead a team of 3-4 testers and help them technically in Manual Testing & Test Automation. Exposure to performance testing using JMeter is an advantage. Ensure that quality standards are adhered, suggest improvement to the process and capture testing metrics and data effectively. Liaise with developers/BA/Project manager during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Skills: Strong Programming skills Java and OOPS concepts Test automation tools Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, Maven, API Testing etc. Should have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and ensure that issues are resolved or raised appropriately Shifts: 24x7 Location of Work: Pune Education: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent Primary Skills: Testing--Standard Testing Manual (Functional/Non-Functional)& Automation Testing (using Selenium and Java) Experience in developing test cases and test plans Basic scripting knowledge Analytical Skills, Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
