Job Description
:- Digital savviness, creative mindset, a product head is expected to develop products by adopting unconventional techniques. She/he must evaluate innovative product development approaches adopted by new age firms in other industries and bake in the best practices for the Basic Home Loan product.
- Develop relationships & professional network to understand the market dynamics and changes in the external business environment and their possible impact on companys products.
- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio.
- Evaluating and mapping out integration plans or evaluating different technology options.
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new products to invest in or leverage.
- Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
- Coordinate beta tests.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a best in the fintech industry.
- Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.
- Lead a product management team in which the incumbent will motivate and achieve steady improvements in the product area by identifying and promoting high potential employees.
- Work with designers developers, researchers to ensure hassle-free implementation
- Exhibit exemplary ownership while also guiding PMs through the process of re-imagining customer journeys
- Constant strive to push the envelope of what is possible. Too much is never enough! Have the hunger to go one better than better: faster, cheaper, bigger, bolder
