We are looking for candidates for a Reputed and Branded South Asia's largest home interiors and renovation company.

Position: Territory Assistant Manager - Sales

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate/PG with 3+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth; Min 1 Years in B2C
Should be having experience in sales/BD in interior designing/home interior/renovation/related industry.
Strong in multi tasking & managing complex Ops structures
Strong in Sales & BD; Willing to Travel
Strong leadership and people skills
Extremely high level of ownership around the Targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ownership to Client Satisfaction of all projects across the territory.
Developing and executing the team Success Strategy in the territory.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the respective
Territory as per demand in your territory
Enabling team to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets
Meeting (online/Offline in future) with team to understand & solve their concerns on
a regular basis
