: Senior Relationship Manager/ Regional Head Wholesale Banking Group

Purpose of the Job:

A Regional Head is responsible to build credible relationship with various positions/departments in the clients firm and leverage the same in positioning the bank as single/major banking partner for end-to-end financial needs of the corporate. Regional Head has to drive the credit and non-credit revenues.

Key deliverables:

• Coverage of ecosystem of the client Sell the lending products such as term loans, current account, working capital financing and also cross sell other products such as salary account, insurance, vendor financing & other retail asset & liability products
• Customized Solutions Design solutions such as bond syndication, loan structuring, private equity financing etc. which meet client requirement and are profitable for the bank, by understanding the business and financial strategy of the client
• Relationship Management Build and maintain credible relationship with CFOs and Business heads of the client firms and gather first-hand information on client requirements
• New Client Acquisition Build external networks and continuously look for banking opportunities so as to acquire new clients
• Portfolio Management Regularly monitor the portfolio with inputs from Credit Monitoring Group and reduce the exposure for stressed assets
