• 
  
  Design and develop Pega BPM applications
  
  Involve in developing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment, collaborating with technical architect and other senior technical members
  
  Adopt best practices in Pega architecture / design / coding
  
  Design application frameworks, class structures and data models
  
  Involve in creating and developing codes to execute test plans for quality delivery
  
  Create, maintain and update documentation of the Pega solutions
  
  Implement configuration changes to Pega applications based on customers functional and technical requirements
  
  Assist business users during UAT
  
  Provide post production support and knowledge transfer to the team/clients as applicable
  
  Work closely with the team to resolve any critical issues and contribute to process improvements and enhancements
  
  Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:
  
  Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or a related field
  
  Experience Essential:
  
  1+ years of experience working in BPM practice
  
  Hands on experience in Pega PRPC/BPM 7x
  
  Strong experience and knowledge about OOPS concepts
  
  Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and frameworks such as Angularjs, XML and CSS
  
  Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java
  
  Well-versed in PRPC
  
  Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and team managers
  
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  Desirable:
  
  Familiar with agile and scrum methodology
  
  Knowledge of Pega OOTB (SOAP, MQ, SQL, File, etc.)
  
  Pega certified developers preferred
  
  Working knowledge of one or more databases, preferably SQL Server
  
  Knowledge in tools such as Visio, UML and Excel
  
  Specific Skill Requirement Pega, programming languages such as java, DB (preferably SQL Server), HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS
  
  Preferred but not mandatory: Web services (Soap, REST), CI/CD , Visio, UML and Excel
