Chief Technology Officer @ Visionary

Job Description

Vision360 Visionary Business Solutions Pvt Ltd Delhi-based company is hiring Chief Technology Officer(CTO).

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

2. Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions

3. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

4. Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations

5. Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets

6. Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

7. Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

8. Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

9. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

10. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

11. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

12. Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

Qualifications:-

1. Previous working experience as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) will prefer

2. In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development

3. Hands-on experience with complex project management

4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

6. Effective negotiation and vendor management skills

7. Proactive problem solver

8. Must have experience in the IT Sector with knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Java, Python e.t.c. coding languages.
