Job title: Technical Consultant/Sr.Consultant /Consultant_(Unix,SQL skillset)

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai/Noida

Skills: Unix & Windows knowledge, Unix Shell Programming & PLSQL, IVR Technologies

JD:

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Experience using UNIX command line interface, basic shell scripting, VI editor and other UNIX-based tools.

* Experience supporting UNIX based and Windows based servers.

* Experience using SQL.

* Excellent oral / written communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

* Good understanding of SDLC processes.

* Willingness to work flexible shift timings.

* Strong attention & detail-oriented.

Nice to have Characteristics (Optional):

* Experience working with any Dialer/IVR technologies.

* Knowledge of IVR, application servers, Dialers and nuance speech technology.

* Demonstrated ability to learn new systems/tools (Splunk, Site scope, New Relic etc).
