Job Description
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-time delivery of assigned tasks and work items
Actively participate & contribute in Scrum/Agile ceremonies of Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review & Retrospection
Actively contribute in team reviews, dev-testing & deployment(s) in Agile environment
Manage ongoing maintenance, support and enhancement project(s) in existing systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supervisor(s)/Architect(s)/Business User(s)/Quality Assurance User(s) & other engineer(s) to achieve elegant solutions
Work alongside other engineers on the team(s) to elevate technology, consistently follow set processes & apply best practices
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
Be a persistent, creative problem solver & trouble shooting (Triage)
Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them
Recording work progress on a weekly basis.
SKILLS:
Hands on experience working with Windows & Web technologies like ASP.Net, MVC, WCF, Web API, ADO.Net, .Net Framework 4 & above, HTML, XML, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL/TSQL, C#/VB.Net, WinForms, WPF
Having experience with front end UI design
Added advantage of knowing/worked-on Telerik Controls and Application Security
Experience with Test-driven development and Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Ensures highest levels of Quality on work delivered
Ensures consistent process compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all internal and external stakeholders
Ability to communicate technical aspects in non-technical way to obtain consensus
Ability of delivering on multiple projects, competing priorities with little supervision
Ability to share ideas/innovation and discuss in team huddles
Passion for solving challenges, continuous improvement and test-driven development.
EXPERIENCE:
4-10 years of actual experience in the workplace

Technical Graduate B.E., BTech, MTech, M.Sc. (Computer Science)
