Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Lean Digital Transformation Quality Analyst
In this role, you will Partner with operations to launch process improvement initiatives delivering Genpact P&L, revenue generation, customer service experience, efficiency, first call resolution & Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Responsibilities: This is a full-time role and would involve balancing various tasks like the following (indicative - but not limited to:)
- Drive Lean DNA increase for the supported accounts across Americas
- Work closely with the respective Black Belts in identification of improvement opportunities for each account aligned, analyzing business and process metrics/NPS, Client feedback, etc.
- Work with Operations to drive improvement plans, and help measure Quality and Business Impact
- Drive Lean campaigns, Visual Management adoption, Process Improvement Initiatives & LSS Culture
- Conduct/Support Lean Trainings, Problem Solving Forums, Benchmark exercises, Value Stream Mapping, Mojo Meter deployment and follow up the execution
- Approve and certify Lean Projects
- Support Lean Digital Ambassadors program by ensuring awareness, enrollment and providing guidance throughout the journey to complete their deliverables and get them graduated within the timelines
- Drive GB project if not GB certified when joining the role, or coach GB Projects if already certified
- Participate in Client/Genpact Governance meetings as well as Town Halls to showcase the achievements and call for help as necessary
- Drive regional Lean Digital Transformation initiatives
- Develop and manage communication splashes of relevant events and results
- Ensure the use of problem solving and root cause analysis where necessary
- Monitor & audit the deployed processes for effectiveness & efficiency
- Assist the Black Belts with administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Lean Trained & Tested and Certified
- Self-motivated and self-driven with ability to work both independently and as part of the team
- Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
- Good communication skills at all levels of Genpact and customer organizations
- Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- Data-centric quantitative, analytical skills and PC proficiency (Excel)
- Problem Solving Approach including logical, systems-oriented mindset
- Change Orientation Ability to adopt to changes quickly
- Individual Performer Ability to organize
