Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional educator who is ready to use their in-depth education knowledge and extraordinary skills to lead the development of innovative preschool and early elementary content. It will be your responsibility to design, build and maintain world class ECCE Curriculum / Lesson plan with exceptional learning experiences.
Detailed Job Profile
- Stay on top of key early childhood education standards, research, trends, and customer needs including but not limited to Thorough knowledge of the Documents prescribed by the govt. bodies like NCERT, NEP 2020 and ECCE as it applies to pre-primary education.
- Conduct a thorough research on the topic to understand latest techniques and practices.
- Collaborating with educators, subject experts, policymakers, and other professionals to develop quality curriculum and learning resources
- Design and build meaningful, engaging and unique learning experiences plans / lesson / activities / Interactive detailed syllabus / workbooks and supporting digital and print content for children of age group 1.5 to 6 Years
- Working on academic assignments & accomplishing the work with both quality and speed.
- Providing excellent quality of written content with 0% plagiarism and proficient usage of English grammar and sentence formations.
- Proactively take initiative and come up with various idea to create an interactive day wise syllabus and planner
- Assess, discuss and unpack curriculum standards.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Develop a curriculum that supports the learning loop between teachers, students, and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide and receive critical feedback on lessons with the goal of always making things better and easier for students and teachers
Desirable requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in teaching / developing content for Early years upto grade 2
- Inclination towards extensive curriculum planning/teaching.
- A strong command on spoken and written English.
- Robust knowledge of the most recent relevant policies, regulations, theories and practices
- Passion for education with experience in teaching is a must.
- Self-motivated, Tech Savvy with excellent computer & Presentation skills.
