Job Description

Monitoring team performance, developing training modules and conducting need based training sessions for team members.
Developing and implementing strategies aiming at process improvement.
Quality analysis of the call flow.
Maintenance of AHT on the call.
Quality of linear and logical troubleshooting.
Take sessions of the team for the new process related updates.
Score monitoring, D-sat analysis and case scrubbing.
Make sure that the people are using the tools for troubleshooting designed by the company.
Complete Outflow analysis and identified quality outlier.
Create an action plan for implementation by providing feedback.
Knowledge of 7 Tools and Quality parameters.
