Job Responsibilities

Import customs clearance documentation MIS report preparation.

BOE checklist preparation .

Tracking shipment arrival details / IGM details through Icegate website and other relevant websites-coordinating with freight forwarder/shipping lines for Freight Invoice / DO collection / DO receipt..

Post clearance work and any other jobs assigned by Reporting Officer or Senior Reporting Officer.
