Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advise students/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
• Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions in the centre on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
• Understand Customer profiles & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods.
• Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Virohan Subscription as the solution.
• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
• Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed the growing Sales target(s).

An ideal candidate should have:

• Atleast having 2 years experience in Admission Counselling (Domestic only).
• Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills.
• Ed Tech industry experience sales experience is an added advantage.
• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour
• Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 6 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum.
• Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales.
• Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
• Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.
• Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with a professional presentation.

Must-Have Criteria:

1. The incumbent to have worked in Counsellor profile for at least 2.5 years
2. The incumbent is having strong communication
3. The incumbent can able to withstand pressure and not be fussy about working hours
4. The incumbent is ready to work on weekends.
5. The incumbent is willing to call students for rigorous follow up.
