We have immediate requirement for Sr. HR Recruiter at our own Consultancy.   Location: Ulhasnagar (Work from office)   CTC up to 2.50 LPA   Desired Candidature:  

• Expertise in end to end recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation and post offer follow up).
• Sourcing candidates through Job portals, social platforms and other relevant resources
• Managing the volume and lateral hiring.
• Understanding requirement in terms of job specification and description and Understand technology and technical capabilities & evaluate candidates technical skills.
• Briefing the candidates on the requirement, the company, roles and responsibility.
• Coordinating with clients on profiles feedback.
• 6 Days working
