Job Description
The overall job purpose is Planning, Engineering, Design/drawings, Co-ordination, Total management ofEngineering, design & drawingactivities as per schedule in the Project Varun (Manufacturing plant of 30 KTPA Superfine Precipitated Hydrate for life saving application). To prepare equipment GA drawings, Building GA drawings, Process flow diagrams ( PFD), piping and instrumentation diagram ( P&ID), Piping, IBR Piping, Single line diagram (SLD), cable routing, plant layout drawing, plot plans, as builtdrawings.Adopt latest technology, Cost efficient solutions, optimisation, utilities consumption/layouts, introduce digitalisation/automation. Design, Drawings, Aesthetic drawings, 3 D drawings, Construction & Erection drawings, Plant layput. Preparation of detailed specifications for Civil, Structural & tankage jobs, BOQs with specifications, Structural and Tanks specifications. Preparation of specifications, MOC, BOQs, MTO, zero based cost estimate for the total projects/plant jobs. Maintaining and updating departmental ISO/IMS documents. Preparation of P&ID, GA drawings, 3D/isometric drawings, equipment GA and project layouts. Finalization of Tanks, drawing approval, co-ordination with consultant, technical normalization, TER, and LCC. Co-coordinating for PO placement, follow up for manufacturing & supply, QA/QC /Drawing approval, Inspection of Eqpts, arrange third party inspection & provide despatch clearances. Providing/arranging Eqpt data from supplier to construction/erection agency/Consultant. Check site measurements & Maintain the records.Liasoning with govt agencies for the statutory compliance.Obtain necessary statutory approvals and compliances. Issue of necessary work permits, Preparation/Updation of HIRA, JSA, RISK register & mitigation, IMS documents. Preparation of equipment schedule, PSSR, Commissioning reports, Conducting PAT for the equipment, handing over notes. Certification of contractor’s/Vendor bills and total safety management. Quality checks and maintain records. Erection, Commissioning, stabilisation and handing over of Equipments/Systems to operation and maintenance.Engineering, Design & Drawing, Eqpt GA, Building GA, Plat Layouts, Process flow diagrams, P&ID, 3D walkthrough draings, Aesthetic drawings. Adopt latest technology, optimise efficiencies/energy consumption/utilities consumption/layouts, Preparation of detailed specifications, BOQs and documents. Diploma in Mechanical with First Class. Should have passed in First Attempt and with no Gaps.Employement Category:
