Key Result Areas

      Supporting Actions

Generate revenue

• Increase distribution in the market by enrolling new retailers
• Ensure secondary targets are met for all existing and new retailers
• Ensure timely billing and stock availability at distributors point to ensure primary targets are met
• Increase sales in existing stores by increasing the product ranges

Drive Product/Brand Awareness

• Convey the brand message and benefits of product to retailers
• Implement schemes for retailers to enhance tertiary sales
• Collect consumer feedback from retailers
• Plan and offer schemes to retailers to promote brand
• Collect all branding requirements
• Deliver branding materials

Consumer Relationship Management

• Ensure that billing is done on time
• Ensure that all payments between company, distributor and retailers is settled properly
• Identify the contribution of premium products and styles and predict the demand/market trend through the orders placed by retailers and sharing it with reporting manager
• 100% adherence to the defined PJPs

Digitization

• SFA- Ensure 100% order taking through SFA application.
• Retailers App- Ensure all retailers in the market download and use the Retailer Application to punch in orders
