Urgently Hiring For Branch Manager For Leading Life Insurance Company - Gurgaon

Designation - Branch Manager - Direct Channel
Location - Gurgaon
Ctc - 8 Lacs 10 Lacs
Experience - Minimum 4 yrs experience in Life Insurance
Candidates with strong communication skills, product knowledge from Life Insurance background preferably handling Direct channel

Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for Direct Sales to meet assigned customers for sales and service delivery
2. You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix)
3. Visibility with the team through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brochures), mailers, group meetings with Executive/customer
4. Responsible for Sales & Servicing for the assigned Customer
5. Should be sensitive to the needs of team in terms of Product Updates, Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.
6. Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential Customer in order to generate repetitive business
7. Gather market intelligence and find out the strategies to counter competition in the market
8. Create brand awareness by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall
