We are hiring for Section Head- L &D.
Designation: Assistant Manager/ Dy. Manager/ Manager
Experience: 8-12 Years
Location: Pali, Rajasthan
Qualification: MBA/ MSW (Full Time only)
Job Responsibility:
- Facilitate safety trainings.& Identification of Training needs
- To conduct training for all employees as per TNI and updation of the same in ELM Module in Poornata for Functional & Behavioural Training as per Training calendar.
- To conduct training on Safety Modules for O&S, Wage Board and Contract Workmen as per T&C SC guidelines and requirement of the Unit.
- To plan, organise and conduct virtual and classroom training programs and handling Microsoft form and teams software's for effective implementation.
- Support TM & OE in conducting and timely completion of various internal surveys.
- Coordinating with employees for compliance and timely completion of Employee satisfaction surveys, employee wellness plans, employee recognition schemes etc.
- Supporting DH HR and SH HR in Planning, executing and implementing the Talent Management Process, from Talent identification process to Talent segmentation and validation
- Preparing necessary documentation for the Talent segmentation.
